April | Cooking with Your Coach Program

New cooking demos and recipes coming your way in April! 

Register for premier recording releases of nourishing cooking demos with your coach, Courtney Handeland. 

All registered participants will received daily cooking demo releases via YouTube and email the week of April 3rd AND a $5 coupon code for ORO di Olvia, PLUS an entry into our raffle for a ORO di Olvia oil & vinegar sample! 

Send in proof of watching a recording or trying a recipe to Courtney by 11:59 CT on Monday, April 17th for a bonus raffle entry. 

*Everside will be giving away 3 sets of expertly paired oil & vinegar from ORO di Olvia. Raffle will take place on 3/18/23, winners will be notified shortly after.  

April - June | Healthy Habits Challenge

Register & Set Your Goals 

Life is full of choices. We tend to feel our best when we fill our day with healthier choices. Overtime those choices can become habits. Join us for this 6 week program, designed to help you take a look at your daily habits and make some shifts towards healthier daily routines. Each participant will set unique daily goals to help improve daily habits around movement, nutrition and self-care.

Weekly Support & Accountability

Turn your goals into habits with the support of emails and group sessions. Eligible participants may also choose to increase accountability and support though individual coaching.

Challenge Success

Earn up to 3 points a day for the goals you accomplish! At the end of6 weeks we will have a prize raffle for the following point categories:
