Dr. Glenn Toth, a native of Waukesha, has been practicing family medicine since 1994. Since closing his private practice in 2019, he has been serving at the Waukesha Employee Health and Wellness Center.
He received his Bachelor of Science - Medical Science from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his Family Practice Residency through the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals' Waukesha Family Practice Residency Program, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. Before joining the Waukesha Employee Health & Wellness Center care team, Dr. Toth operated a private family medicine practice for 20 years, taking a whole-person approach that incorporated functional, integrative, and environmental medicine.
Dr. Toth appreciates the care model offered at the center, which fosters strong patient-provider relationships with a focus on prevention and overall well-being. The center’s convenient appointment scheduling and adequate appointment durations enable the identification of underlying causes of illness, providing valuable insights into potential solutions.
“The best part of my job is meeting you, our patients who serve this great community and, of course, your family members, and the ideal goal is to help you achieve the best outcomes possible from a health perspective. Whether you’ve got an acute concern or long-term health challenge, the team here is ready to meet with you, have a conversation about your options, and help you develop a plan suitable for your needs and preferences. I look forward to meeting you and your family members and building a trusting relationship.”

Jill received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and continued her education at the Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. As a Physician Assistant in primary care since 1998, Jill has worked in Family Practice, Women’s Health, and Urgent Care.
Jill believes in practicing what she preaches by maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise. She recognizes many factors can affect health and strives to meet the patient where they have needs. Each patient is unique, and successful treatment plans should involve collaboration between the clinician and the patient.
“The best part about my job is interacting with the patients. I always take time to make sure my patients fully understand their plans and can answer any of their questions that they may have during their appointment time. I always take time to realize that every patient is an individual, they are part of someone's family, and they are an important part of the Waukesha community. I enjoy listening to my patients’ concerns and making decisions together as a team. During each visit, I strive to make sure that my patients have all their questions answered fully and also understand their plan of care. Every patient deserves to be part of their health care team, and I like to be their leader to get them to a better self.”
In her spare time, Jill enjoys the outdoors, weekends up north, spending time with friends and family, and, of course, her time with her spoiled dog, Vilas.

Physical Therapist
Serving WEH&WC since 2019
Jen received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She has been practicing since 2007. Jen has certifications in orthopedic physical therapy and dry needling.
“I approach each session to try to figure out the ‘why’ for the patients’ symptoms. I then work closely with the patient as a team to achieve set goals to allow the patient to get back to the things that they have to do in their daily life as well as the things that they love to do. Each session I do a combination of manual therapy, as well as therapeutic exercise to help facilitate that patient returning to the lifestyle that they want to live. I encourage patients to be very active in their care and I want them to be part of the rehab process, both in the clinic, as well as at home. The best part about my job is being able to work with people from all walks of life. I like to establish a lifelong relationship with patients so that they know if they ever need physical therapy in the future, that I am the person that will help support them in the process. If you have an injury, pain or just have a question or need a consultation, schedule an appointment and take control of your health.”
