Prescribe medication, after thorough assessment
Dispense pre-packaged medication onsite**, if available in the WEH&WC

Send your prescription electronically to be mailed directly to your home through the home delivery medication program, if it is clinically appropriate and the preventive/chronic medication is on the home delivery formulary
