The Waukesha Employee Health & Wellness Center, operated by Everside Health, serves the City of Waukesha and Waukesha County, providing convenient and affordable access to health care. Staffed with a physician, physician assistants, and a dedicated health coach, the Health & Wellness Center offers acute care, preventive care, chronic condition management, and occupational health services.

Please plan to arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes early to check-in and if required, update medical records. To maintain short wait times for all patients, we may reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
If you are unable to make your appointment time, please call ahead to cancel, out of courtesy for other patients and the Health & Wellness Center staff.
